Midtown Dentistry of Pearland, Texas has Sign-Express install a new custom routed medical LED sign monument.  Dr. Penchas contacted Sign-Express to update the sign at their Pearland dentistry office location.  The sign there was outdated and badly in need of a sign make-over.  Dr. Penchas worked closely with our design department to build a sign that looked similar to their main location, but including a high-definition 10mm LED sign.  Sign-Express was excited to accept the challenge and improve the Midtown Dentistry image.

Medical LED Sign Production

Sign-Express started with surveying the current sign to identify attributes needed to accommodate the final sign monument construction.  The initial sign ordered was too large for the Pearland area, so our skilled project management crew modified the routed monument and LED sign sizes to meet the permitting requirements for the area.  Unfortunately, this reduced the total sign of both the monument sign and LED sign, although the finished product was still very effective.  Once permitting was approved, construction on the routed faced monument sign began.  Each and every part of the sign monument was pre-cut and routed out then welded together in sections.  The final sign product had to accommodate service access to the LED sign and LED illumination of the top and lower push through letter signs. Custom accents on top and midway on the monument gave the sign a three-dimensional look.  The two color paint job was applied in stages and the finished product was spectacular.
