23 sq.ft. brick/block monument base with hollow cavity, 8” deep poured concrete foundation (12” below grade). Provides a lasting, permanent foundation for the school sign.

Physical site inspection, unpacking, bracket fabrication, leveling & fastening, proper grounding, electrical within 5ft, junction box, final operation check. (Texas install discount applied)
Professional mounting to support structure, leveling, touch‑up. Ensures the cabinet is perfectly aligned and secured.
Schedule 40 steel pole up to 8ft above ground, 18" diameter concrete pier footer, excavation and engineering specs. Supports up to 65 sq ft of signage.
