2’ x 7’ double‑face lighted cabinet
Internally illuminated with UV‑protected LEXAN® polycarbonate faces, translucent 2nd‑surface graphics, and high‑output white LEDs. Automatic photocell and UL48 shutoff switch. Sherwin‑Williams paint.
3’ h x 4’ w pole skirting (24” depth) constructed of aluminum angle, tubing, and .080” aluminum sheeting. Matthews Pro‑Industrial paint, vents for ventilation if needed. Matches city colors.
Complete setup for municipal site
Physical site inspection, unpacking, bracket fabrication, leveling & fastening, proper grounding, electrical within 5ft, junction box, final operation check.
Professional mounting to support structure, leveling, touch‑up. Ensures the cabinet is perfectly aligned.
Schedule 40 steel pole up to 8ft above ground, 18" concrete pier footer, excavation, engineering specs. Supports up to 65 sq ft.
Rebar reinforced concrete base slab, 8" thick, formed and poured. Dug 12" below grade as needed.
