Willowbrook Medical Group representative, Teresa Vu, contacted Sign-Express to produce and install a new LED billboard for their medical center during construction.  They purchased the property from a Church and was primarily interested in purchasing a large LED billboard that the passing traffic could easily see from the overhead freeway.  Several options were offered ranging from size and resolution to adequately market their new location.  Ultimately, the sign permitting for the area restricted us to a maximum size, which we were able to incorporate.  One side of the structure was converted to a non-illuminated sign face with the logo and name.  This side was not well viewed by oncoming traffic, so it was not the focus of the project.  Sign-Express also provided sign refacing services for the smaller monument sign on the side access road, building letters to display the address and vinyl for the entry doors.  The LED billboard sign looks amazing, the 16mm resolution is ideal for the distance of the traffic.

During the demolition of the existing Church sign, a large beehive was discovered, steps were taken to properly remove the bees and relate them safely without pesticides.  Sign-Express called in a specialist and provided the lift for the removal.  It was too early in the season for honey, everyone was excited to see that the bees were not harmed.
