Samco properties management company was approached by Sign-Express to convert their parking lot lighting to new energy-efficient LED parking lot lights.  Our sales rep worked closely with the property manager in order to determine the type of LED lighting to retrofit the existing parking lot.  The original lighting was very outdated and needed constant maintenance so it was time for a LED lighting retrofit.  The new LED parking lot lighting would reduce the electrical bill by more than 66% and brighten up the parking lot with more than light than ever.  A survey was completed and the order was made for pole mounted LED lighting fixtures.  The installation took several days to work through existing aging pole structures and aging electrical wire.  After completion, the parking lot was brighter than ever and the electrical meter was moving a lot slower.
