Advanced Control Systems

Sign-Express offers a robust embedded control system designed to operate in harsh climates. The high-performance Linux controller adds stability and built-in protection from unauthorized access. An optional upgraded PC based control system allows for expandability and lives video capability. The PC control system will also integrate with other third-party software solutions allowing you the flexibility you deserve.

LED Module Design

Utilizing a universal module design of 320mm or 12 1/2″ sizes, Sign-Express is able to fit any resolution into the perfect size for your signage solution. Our latch system means no screws to lose or discolor on the face of your sign and the triple seal gaskets protect against all water and dust giving it an IP68 rating, one of the highest in the market. The back of the module is con-formal coated for added protection against water and salt molecules that enter the ventilation system. Only top quality LED’s are used to ensure your signs brightness and color balance will last for years to come.

Con-formal Coated Power Supplies

Only the best of the best, MeanWell® power supplies, are used in the construction of the Sign-Express line of signs. Optimized for the highest power efficiency to save you money and added con-formal coating to protect against water and salt molecules in the air. The life of your power supply is increased and so is the life of your LED sign.

Climate Control Features

Thermostatically controlled fans activate only when the display reaches 85 degrees and move air to coll off the internal components. Unique front venting technology allows for fresh airflow from the front of the cabinet and exhausting hot air to the rear.  This ensures that only cool fresh air enters the cabinet, which reduces the internal temperature by an astounding 20%.  Waterproof connectors on the back of the sign protect the communication and electrical connections into the LED sign.

Aluminum Cabinet Construction

Lightweight and rustproof aluminum cabinets, built right here in our factory, are used to house the Sign-Express line of LED signs. Aluminum cabinets is proven to better resist heat, rust and make installation a breeze from reduced weight. Sign-Express includes a continuous aluminum mounting bracket, top, and bottom of the cabinet, for easy bolt-up installation.  Integrated steel saddle systems are an option if you are wanting to install the displays yourself.

All of our products are tested and built to ensure safe operation outdoors. All components including, terminal blocks, connectors, power supplies, high voltage wire, low voltage wire, etc are UL certified and are compliant with UL specifications.

OEM Warranty

All of our high definition products are backed by a (3) five-year parts with a factory labor warranty. Sign-Express offers an extended five (5) year factory labor warranty and an additional five (5) year On-Site labor warranty with a small co-pay per incident for an extra cost, this reduces your out of pocket in the future and gives you peace of mind for years to come.
